Audiology Service
Our Audiology Centre provides screening and diagnostic assessment for inpatients and outpatients of all ages. The scope of service includes:
- Pure Tone Audiometry and Conditioned Play Audiometry: assess hearing level and define the nature and degree of hearing impairment
- Tympanometry: assesses the middle ear condition
- Eustachian Tube Function Test: assesses Eustachian tube functioning
- Acoustic Reflex Test: assesses the stapedius muscle contraction
- Otoacoustic Emissions Test: assesses the outer hair cell function of the inner ear
Location: Clinic F, G/F, Tower A
